Todays monster is a Yellow Snow Monster! I was wondering what would happen if Chuck Norris wrote his name in the snow and well, lets just say the outcome is not pleasant!

I’ve been practicing drawing faces out of odd shapes. It is quite relaxing to scribble a shape and find a face.

I’ve spent the last few months heck, years fighting with my mind. I know what I want in life but my darned brain tries to make sense out of things that cant be explained or figured out. It tries to make me settle for comfort and predictability. It tells me that my desires will always be out of reach for one reason or another. It compares me with everyone I come in contact with. Well, as the saying goes “keep your friends close and your enemies closer”, Im keeping an eye on you Mr. Brain…

Ink sketch rendered in Photoshop
This is my quick illustration for the day…well I gave myself two hours to do the best I could. That may be an eternity to the novice artist but Its a blink of the eye to me! I’ve learned that to get better at drawing I need to be un-attached and do as many sketches, illustrations, paintings as possible. Sure Ill fall in love now and then but I’ve got to let these little birds fly.
